There's no doubt that some people are born with natural leadership qualities, but they still need to develop and refine those skills. Many other people are not what they would call 'born leaders', but through opportunity, training and coaching become good and effective leaders. A few people have no interest at all in leading anyone in any situation, but I think they are rare!
I'm guessing that you are not in that last category otherwise you'd have no interest in asking your question! I'm guessing that you don't feel like a leader, but have that desire in your heart, to build a team for your own success and for those who will be part of your team. If that is you then be encouraged! SFI is the Best setup system I've ever seen both for new affiliates to learn the system and start building their business, and to help you build and lead your own team! If you follow the training through the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD, read and learn as much as you can through the FORUM and ASK SC, concentrating on any leadership questions and training, then put it into practice, I'm sure you'll become a fantastic leader.
Natural 'born' leaders sometimes take their abilities for granted and don't put any effort into being the best. Those who have to work harder at leadership often make great leaders because they understand how hard it can be and probably have more experience of persevering through to build skills that don't come naturally to them.
So be encouraged, and go for it! Hoping to see you at the top of the leader boards soon!
