I don't believe in the concept of "born leader". No one born in this world as a leader. A child born to a family with no leadership background in the family whatsoever can become a top leader in his lifetime. In the same way, a child born to a family with great leadership background in the family could become a very poor leader. There are lots of example you can find which supports these 2 theories.
Leadership is a quality which you can develop in your life. To become an SFI Team Leader you no need to be a born leader. SFI has provided us with so many materials/trainings to become a great leader. Leadership is an art and quality which each one of us in SFI can develop and become a great team leader.
So just forget whether you are a born leader, but have the faith that you can become a great leader.
