You may or may not have children but if you have ever watched a mother and an infant you will soon figure out which one is the boss.
The little one can't talk, can't walk, can't do most things for itself but yet it motivates mom to change diapers, pushes her to feed them, shows mom exactly how they want to be held, patted, talked too, and even what sounds are soothing and which will make the baby very upset.
Most mothers can't remember when they were a baby to know what their mother did to care for them, and not all have access to their mom or books on caring for a new baby etc.. In some parts of the world babies aren't born at hospitals and yet nearly every mother on the planet can tell what that little boss wants, when and how they want it and gives them what they need.
The baby coos, smiles, winks, moans, cries, and screams to evoke emotions and drive action to solve problems. A leader uses words and actions evoke emotions and drive action to solve problems. So in essence we are all born leaders we just need to find the confidence to apply what we know to SFI.
May ever mom smile when they read this as moms make awesome leaders too.
