When you have an affiliate that needs your assistance and you are doing this individually, I would suggest you send your assistance through team mail or through chat.
When you have several affiliates that you are trying to get a message to on different topics, I suggest you use the group mailings. This way, you can get all of your affiliates on the same page with just one correspondence mailing.
As a sponsor, this is a decision you will have to make when the situation arises. Do what you feel will be in the best interest of your down line as well as what is best for growing your team.
