It is worth to do both. I personally do both of them, once a week I send a group mailing to cheer up my whole team, plus SFI awards me 30 VP's. But it is good to send a welcome letter and once in a while cheer them up indiviudally. People of all kinds like to be recognized for their hard work, plus we all like to know who our sponsor is, that he is a real person someone to be trusted for answers in case we need one. We do not like speaking to machines, or know who our upline is just because it is written somewhere. People like someone to cheer them up and share the experience of SFI with. We in SFI are one big happy family, treat them as that! Treat them as family.
