This is what i personally do. Because i receive PSAs at different dates and times i send them
and E-card followed by a personalized welcome mail, at times i just write a welcome message on the E-card.
But when its a group of them arriving at the same time e.g 15 PSAs from a co-op, I then send a uniform e-mail to all of them at once because it can be time-consuming to write a different e-mail to each one of them; after all the e-mail will be containing similar information about what to do as new members; How to get started on SFI.
