Sending individual or group mailing is good. But first begin with individual mailing. Like I do just to clear the air of LANGUAGE DIFFERENCES, and to show the PSA's that every one can be attended to, I just greet them individually in the language they understand using Google translate most of the time. Just to show them they are special and important.
Then I can now send a group and welcome message. I bet sending two different but Welcoming message is not bad for new PSA's in their first day. After which at the beginning of new week they get same message in the group mail so has not fill their in in boxes with my message......that could be boring. Unless on request by any of my PSA's to send his/her message in his/her own language, group
So Individual welcome message is very good but group welcome message is not bad when you don't have time to send individual message and maybe you have so many new PSA's daily. Its better than not sending at all.
