Yes! Of course it is worthwhile to send your new PSA a welcome letter.
You are building up a business and people want to have that personal contact with the one that they are doing business with.
You want to be able to open up the communication line and also you would want to have your new PSA to start having some trust with you.
What I do is, I have my welcome letter combined with my greeting letter, that each new PSA will receive after they sign up under my link. This way, they are not getting too much mail.
I will than send them a Welcome E-Card. I will welcome them into SFI and I also let them know that I am their sponsor and I am here to help assist them.
I also mention about earning the 500 VPs from working the Getting-Started Actions in their VP Ledger and that they can earn the Fast Track Badge and also an additional 200 VPs.
I keep the E-Card short and sweet and direct.
You want your new PSA to feel Special and sending them a personal welcome letter or E-Card you will be achieve that.
