I believe IT IS worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSA's, even though it is still vital to send out group mailing to all your downline.
The group mailing addresses the team as a whole generally, where you try to get the team motivated into action, by being an AWESOME sponsor.
When you send an individual letter, it makes the person feel special, and they will feel that you really care for them and what they do.
When my upline send me an email, and deal with my issues on a personal level, it is telling me that they are interested in my success, as we all know that we cannot be successful if our downline in left in the cold. That is why duplication is so important in this business.
They say that first impression counts, and to receive a welcome letter personally from an upline is speaking volumes. That will make any individual want to take action, if they believe in their ability to be a success in SFI.
