In my opinion individual welcome letters to new PSAs is worthwhile in effective communication to establish personal and caring touch.
The genesis behind this is,as follows.
1. As per initial profile and log in nature new PSA can be assessed, in terms of his/her expertise or he/she is novice.
2. Once rough assessment of the PSA is made,then tailor made welcome text can be sent accordingly.
3. Keep an account of such welcome text/letter and modify/customise it in continuation for TIPs letter or E-card to PSAs for generating interest,knowledge and achieving duplication.
