I prefer to do the first, for I want the new PSAs to feel welcomed and delighted to have joined SFI, and especially my Team!
There is no substitute for the individual touch of a personalised welcome letter as opposed to group mailings. When you introduce yourself to the new PSA, you also open up a bit of your personality
and share your dreams and goals, and the new PSAs, especially if they're intuitive, can easily get the feeling of honesty and sincerity of your words, that you're there for them to help them realise their dreams also and be part of a successful team.
You send group mailings only to your team when sharing business hints and tips and to update them of new developments in SFI on a weekly basis, which may include the new PSAs.
