This depends on how/why he left SFI in the first place.
- He wasn't hungry enough then?
- He had other priorities?
- He did not make the quick money he was after?
- He had a lousy sponsor? etc... You need to ask him questions of course.
Whatever happened in the past you need to instill in him the confidence that if he rejoins SFI this time, with you as his sponsor, he will be successful.
How to do this will of course depend on you, how you talk to him, your personality, your relationship with him and what you do.
I would recommend being confident, positive, passionate and knowing your stuffs about SFI. Dont forget he was previously exposed to SFI and may have done very well before he left.
You can show him what you have achieved yourself if you think this would help.
