The most important thing about being a team leader is leading by example. If you suggest for them to try something, you have to lead. Always keep in touch with them, at your LP page they recommend how many times to blog, also at the To-Do-List the tab Stream also tells you what day to write to your team. Again, it's not always easy to get results from your team but as long as your doing your part you'll be just fine.
