About that I thing when I have started to work in SFI.
What is the most important to do when I became a leader team?
After all:
1. Support for your team
2. Ready in knowledge
Have information ( study after all) about new guidelines in job, how you could give your team notice, help them to solve the problem. Have on your mind if your team is success that is the way to success.
3. Communicative
Everyday communication with your team eg Facebook, sending an e mail ( in an e mail you could commend your team member or give him some note eg if it is the end of month what should he do for his work) and similary.
4. Have a positive thought
Just think positive and be positive with your team.
5. Responsible
Work every day and finish your job for that day. Be good example to other, to your team.
6. Hard working
If you have some goals, don't give up. Just keep going.
