I'd say there is no way if the person is not committed to SFI. All we can do is remain engaged. Be a great team leader and mentor to all of our down line affiliates active or not and keep them informed.
Coming and going of affiliates is part of the networking business. Don't be discouraged by the movement of your down line. Like is said "Some will and some won't, Next". Some of the best have left at one point and returned to be SFI Super Stars. Don't worry be happy, there are 1000's of future SFI leaders waiting out there for you to discover them.
