As starters you have to encourage them to do the items on their to do lists to accumulate 500vps In their first 24hours.that gives them extra 200points and the fast track badge...let them know this
secondly get up tp 1500points to get to Executive affiliate because the are just Aff and can not earn a penny with that rank so by advancing they can start earning from SFI.
tell them to review their Launchpad lessons to no more about SFI.they should be aware SFI is vast and cant learn it all in one day.
most importantly the SFI bhasics should be read and noted to increase their knowledge too
then you can introduce them to the power of duplication,sponsoring and referring affiliates,ECAs ,PRMs etc
tell them the corresponding commissions and profits they stand to gain by doing all these and im sure they wont want to leave...
