But in order to do that, you, yourself must identify what is the answer for that concern. Although, you may not be that sure how to deliver the real message of the scenario due to being inexperienced on the case told by your team member, but actually, you and your team member will be able to learn together by doing this. You helped him to know the answer, plus he help you to know the answer too.
Either way, you could send him the link that you have thought of it as the solution to his concern and it will help you explain their query.
