The best way to help your PSA's is to encourage them to do what you are doing.
As their sponsor, you have to show them as an example that if they do what you are doing, they will achieve what you have achieve.
You cannot encourage them to do Standing Orders if you yourself, don't do that.
You cannot encourage them to buy on TripleClicks if you yourself, don't do that.
Just be honest, tell them what you're doing for them to follow you.
