If a team member asks me a question to which I don't know the answer I begin an extensive search and try to find out as much information as I possibly can. I always cite the webpages I used to find the answer by providing the URL so they can reference it themselves.
If the answers are unclear or I cannot find an answer (which is rare) I ask my upline for support and try to do a general web search (meaning outside of SFI) to see if anyone else might have any insight; however, when searching outside of SFI one must be cautious as those answers might not be accurate.
Usually I can find all I need to know by searching the SFI site or even going back to the Launchpad Lessons or other reference points. I can also submit a question on the forum for more information.
