This is a huge subject and how you tackle this task is largely dependent on the abilities of your PSAs. Obviously you will need to tailor your approach from affiliate to affiliate if possible, but as a standard approach, I would recommend that you focus 1st on the following:

1) Explain to them what/who SFI is.
2) Ensure that they understand what TripleClicks is and where it fits in the picture.
3) Also show and explain to them the different income streams available
4) as well as the Compensation plan.

Once they understand these, they will quickly realise and appreciate their role as affiliates. From then on you should not have to explain anything major about SFI.
