How you get the best and correct answer for your affiliate depends on the nature of the question.
For the technical questions, the answers are readily available in SFI. You will need to search for the answers if your uplines, friends A2A and forum cannot quickly direct you to them. When you find the answer and if possible give your affiliate the link to the answer not only so that what he/she get is accurate but also so that they will learn where to find answers in the future. These are clear cut answers to technical matters - black and white.
The other type of question is more like seeking advice, such as: - "how can I motivate my team" "which is the best method of collecting my commission" "what should I sell on my TC store" etc... There are no clear best answers for these type of questions. You can find recommended solutions in SFI,the Forum and ASK SC will give a variety of answers and so will your upline and A2A friends. What has worked for some people will not necessarily work for your affiliate.
You can make recommendations to your team member based on what you have learnt from others, your own pinion and your experiences. These are only recommendations and it is up to you affiliate to make the final decision.
Remember, your role is to help them help themselves. Whatever you do, don't spoon feed them. They need to learn to pick up the spoon an feed themselves.
