I am no IT guru and therefore amazed at how the SFI site works so efficiently, is updated almost immediately at each action one takes, whether it is purchasing T Credits or sending a PSA Mailer. And this is true not only for myself but all those thousands of Affiliates who are in the program. For arguments sake, one might say that the tools to create such a website are available to SFI but yet you are not out there with other companies but here with SFI.
That in itself says a lot about the company and those who run it and why your downlines should continue.
Cyber attacks, in my view are not uncommon in the USA and other parts of the world but it is only SFI who have been able to shield us from more problems than we experienced. If we are fair, these were some of the important issues:
-logging in was one major issue;
-security breach on cards;
-a few problems with the website that were perhaps as a result of the breach of security;
- in some rare cases, some statistics went haywire but they were rectified
Against what we would have lost, explain to the affiliates what were the gains.
The protocol that protects the website has been strengthened, we have not lost anything except the time spent in trying to log in but those who still had problems logging in, were compensated for the points lost and we are back on track without feeling a major impact of the attack.
If you give up your activity with SFI after this "minor" set back, I am inclined to believe that in your life, setbacks are common-will you give up instead of being patient as you try to sort out the problem(s)?
These explanations should suffice - how you put it to them will have the necessary impact that you need to get them to continue.
