HI. my approach to that is to use your genealogy to send them team mails at least once a week because if you send them more than that they may assume your being pushy when you are only trying to lead and guide them and help them stay on track. and if you have PSA'a and CSA's that are doing well..take the time out to send them an individual email to let them know that you really do care about the progress that they are making and that show of care will make them want to strive to do even better just because you showed them that you do truly care when they succeed at something.
