Also in reviewing their profile on face book you get to know their likes on music and movies this makes connecting to them on a more personal level much more affective.
Use you SFI communications they are good, but remember they may not come back to the site so use their personal email also. Just ask if there is anything you can help them with. Never force never push, INVITE and ALLOW them to use your knowledge to further THEIR goals. thanks for the minute.
