My contact with my team is based on there activity. I send a group mail every 3 to 5
days so that they hear from me regularly. I send a stream message every 3 days about an action that should be taken. For inactive CSAs I contact them via email to confirm the email address and to find out if they are still interested in the business. I offer my help to every with a promise to respond if they reach out. I congratulate any and all success that is achieved.
What I feel is maybe the best way to stay in touch is for them to see the actions that you are doing. Leading by example is key. The active members will do what they see you doing.
