This is what I personally do:

I first have a scheduled date for my newsletters to go out to both my PSA's and CSA's. Example newsletter goes out on the 15th of very month.
So when I receive notification of a new PSA or CSA I send them a personal introduction letter because they will already see a welcome letter from me. I don't want to overwhelm them with information. the new PSA's and CSA's will spend thier first month doing the launch pad and reading about SFI so I would set them to receive the monthly newsletter for the following month after they sign up. this gives them time to do the launch pad and get comfortable with SFI. Use the genealogy to find out who is non-responsive or who is falling behind and then you could send them some encouragement. make sure the information you send them is useful, to the point and encouraging.
