This is very good and useful question arises from not only the Executive affiliate but also from the new affiliates-- how they shall build a business team in sfi and how they should maintain and lead their team to become successful.
Then the question arises on how they will make contact with their fellow team members who have been personally recruited by them and have been achieved from co op program.
In this case I suggest you to give them a warm greeting at the time of their first arrivals to sfi or when he or she is being first connected with you.
Inform them about what the sfi is and how does it works.
Give them all the necessary getting started instructions, which they should have to carry on starting the business.
Tell them to read all the Launch pad Lessons regularly because these will teach them how to work in sfi and all the aspects of sfi and tripleclicks.
Make a phone call or send a message to them and tell them that 'I am your sponsor, and being your sponsor I shall guide you through out this long road journey to bring a success in your home and then we shall celebrate it as our team’s success. I shall remain your guide and advisor till your biggest achievement in the sfi.
Collect their birth date from sfi or ask them about it through normal conversation. Write down the date on your note pad. Give them Happy Birthday Message on that particular day.
Contact them frequently .Make some little conversation on how they are progressing.
Think him as a guest who has come to your house from a long village or a long country to find some job in your city or nearby city. You have given him a shelter in your house, instead of that he/she pay you rents.
Sfi is not just a business ,it is a big family .The members are doing their works for the hours, for the days, for the years after all .So many storm, blizzards, obstacles have been faced by the members, though they are still working and working .They have faced lots of happy moments also ,they achieved success because they have worked as a team -the team of sfi.
Inform all the affiliates under you that the team's success is dependent on their successes .Make this team a successful one in future.
So make some strategy for your battle. Contact them and consult with them about this.
If your affiliate team members are living near your house or city ,schedule some occasional meetings at any place. It may be a coffee shop, shopping moll, at the stadium of football or cricket match. Invite them at your house party, make some conversations about yours ongoing business ie. sfi.
If he or she lives far from your house use telephonic and e-conversation (email, e-chat etc.)
Help them in distress condition, when he or she feels lack of Versa Points, give them some tc credit from you.
Inform them all the present happenings in sfi and tripleclicks.
Post some encouraging, informative messages in your stream post for your own PSAs and CSAs.
Build up a relationship for their next 365 days.
