To me..the best way to stay in touch with your PSAs and CSAs varies.

You can use your genealogy and send a weekly news latter to them generally as you direct or tell them what to do to be successful. You can also use it to check on them as you appreciate them on their effort too.

You should also know that any CSA you have has his or her sponsor and uplines,therefore the sponsor and uplines plays more role in guiding or assisting them.
For your PSAs they expect much from you as their sponsor,therefore it must not only be through genealogy..you can also use your social networks like facebook,BBM etc to keep them on track. Goodluck!!
