Gery Carson has very appropriately kept this requirement for all the leaders specially for BTLs as you need to be useful, helpful and even grateful to your affiliates whether PSAs or CSAs as SFI is a team work and you are their leader, but your income depends upon their hard work & investment too.
Firstly you do your part of providing unconditional support, help, guidance to your PSAs and CSAs. The day will come when you will win over their heart & they won’t rate you poor any more.
The following methods may help:
1. Establish contact with them through email or Instant messages. You may use the telephone service as well if provided by them.
2. Ask how can you help them. Do they find SFI interesting or overwhelming etc. Most of the answers you will get by reading their profiles.
3. In their profiles, check which part of SFI they love the most and which part they do not like. Accordingly help, support and guide them.
4. Finally send them some TC Credits and if you can, gift them with free Gift Cards, who does not free gifts?
5. I am sure if you follow these guidelines, no one would like to rate you poor .
