Why PSA's rating poorly to their Sponsor?
1. You are not contacting them regularly.
2. You may not clear their questions and doubts.
3. You may not support or help at any stage or not encourage for their achievement.
4. Have not make a contest or reward for financially challenged affiliates.
What should we do to get high rating from our PSA's.
REGULAR CONTACT AND SUPPORT:
You should regularly contact your PSA's and asking them what they need and have they understand all the programs of SFI.
Make them clear about SFI and answer their questions. You must contact them online chat or Skype and clear them all about SFI.
ENCOURAGING:
You should encourage your PSA's on their achievement in SFI. If your PSA's maintaining their EA status or Team Leader status send them a Congratulations mail by that motivation and encouragement they will work better then now.
CONTEST AND REWARDS:
If you have financially challenged PSA's and they are really doing their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions regularly. Make them a contest on your team and help them Financially to get their level in SFI.
REGULARLY UPDATE LEADERSHIP PAGE:
You should update your Leadership page with Lot of information, Notes and Tips that helps your PSA's very mostly. Updating your Leadership page also helps your PSA's if it contain useful Tips and Notes.
