Take the bull by the horns and get to the bottom of the matter.
1. Ask them why the low rating?
2. Make sure they know how the rating system works, some may think they are rating you number 1 as a good thing when it's actually a bad rating. Don't lauch I have corrected 3 people on this line of thinking.
3. If there is a problem they have with how you support them take note and adjust your style if needed.
4. Show them sections of the training center and FAQ that spell out the duties of a good sponsor so they can see that you are following the training and best practices of SFI.
5. Accept the fact that at the end of the day and after all is said and done you may still not please everyone but giving the effort shares it's own reward.
