To be a team leader as simple as it probably sounds you have to stand up and take charge in other words you have to lead . Don't worry if you don't always know the answers to every question you maybe asked there are always people here at SFI who will help you if you ask . The main thing is to let your people see you are indeed a leader and are there for them no matter what and that even if you cant help them you can find out and let them know. They will take you on your word and watch what you do so its extremely important to show them what to do and how to do it
