Outside of the mentioned requirements in SFI's training to become a Team Leader, a few good questions to ask yourself would be:
-Do I lead by example?
-Have I been a consistent friend and mentor to my team?
-Am I assisting each individual according to their needs & abilities?
-Can *I* in any way, effectively enhance any area within my team mail, stream posts, and or direct contact with my team?
-Do I project a positive outlook in all that I do to motivate my team?
-Am I LISTENING to my team...their concerns--both local and international? Have I been helpful and do they feel comfortable relying on me to assist them?
But most importantly, am I reading everyday to enrich my personal growth so that I may duplicate myself within my team?
After all, duplication is key when building anything in life. As a parent would be to a child, or a teacher to a student--the same applies to us as Sponsors/Co-Sponsors. Let them see your diligence and sense your authenticity so that they can absorb that energy and direction and apply it to their team. Always remain honest with them as SFI is honest with us in the Launchpad training, reminding us of realistic expectations--the ups and downs that come this business and in turn it will give them the option to choose accordingly. It's all about mentality.
