You have to motivate new PSAs and CSAs that have only just signed up or have been inactive for a little while. You must have as much information at your disposal to be able to answer their questions and to motivate them to work hard in their business. You need to convince them that it is a worthwhile venture that they have undertaken. You must be their teacher, and be will to help them out if they feel that they are failing. There are many rewards that come with being a team leader, but that you need to be there for your team, to help them see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. On the other side of that tunnel is the success which you and they are trying to reach.
