Team Leaders should focus on communicating and supporting their group in the following order:
1) Personally refereed Affiliates to include Team Leaders should be your first priority.
2) Team Leaders within your 12 levels.
3) Non-Team Leaders within your 12 levels.
Use the 80/20 rule when managing you time supporting your group. You can NOT be everything to everyone!
Support your Team by answering questions or showing them where to find answers, giving direction and passing on action oriented strategies that produce results. I would also say that a TL should pass on information that pertains to personal growth as this is a critical part of growing a successful business.
