Be the person you would follow. If you would follow a headstrong investment driven goal oriented leader be that person. If you would follow someone who learns every day and shares what they learned then be that person. If you would follow someone who jumps in the hole and digs that first shovel of dirt and stays for the last then be that LEADER!
