We have to understand first that there is not such thing as unnecessary communication, but what approach we take and how we address this.

My point is that we have affiliates with different:

1. Educational background
2. Technology knowledge
3. Age, region, culture
4. Intellectual capacity
5. Character virtues

Taking into consideration all of this elements, any team leader with sound logical thinking, should adapt his approach to team members according to before mentioned diversities. Hence, he/she must be very thoughtful and careful in communication in order to achieve best possible results.

This is not an easy task at all, but with mindful and positive attitude can be achieved anything.
