Communication is like food being fed to baby affiliates, in order to give nourishment for them to survive and thrive. So feeding them vital information, how-to's, FAQs, where-to find resources, to help, motivate them and nurture them until they become independent and strong enough to lead their own team, and thus duplication has been achieved.
