I feel that once a week is sufficient unless they personally request more from you.

Just let your team know that they are always welcome to contact you if they ever have any questions or need help with anything.

If you constantly send emails to them, they will eventually get annoyed & tired of receiving them & you could possibly lose them forever. Some will welcome them from you, but the majority won't.

I know that I don't like to be constantly bombarded with emails because I have a business to run & they deter from productivity.
