I believe the only way you can get your a2a friends to offer you positive support is if you contact them to ask for support and assistance on an issue or challenge that you may be experiencing. I have found that when I send a message to a specific a2a friend I always receive positive feedback. I have since realized that a2a is made of very supportive people. But generally i use my a2a friends for moral support and networking; We discuss our business performance and how we have managed to stay on, as for most of the challenging issues i submit a ticket to HELP-DESK. Some of the a2a friends even volunteer advice and assistance by marketing my ECA; sharing ideas on how i can improve my store, as well as sending messages to celebrate with me/ congratulating me on my efforts whenever i win something... some things they do without me contacting them at all.
So my advice is that if you want your a2a friends to offer you support and assistance; offer them the same your self, when they post on Forums take part in their discussions; participate in things that matter to them; they will do the same for you. write to them as well because "Unless you say it, they will not know" that you need their support.
