A2A is basically designed for Affiliates to support themselves without having to run to SFI Support Team with every minor challenge we may have. This is why SFI left the decision to accept or reject an A2A Friend’s Request in our hands; therefore, this is a social connection which we decide on our own otherwise it would have been part of a requirement by SFI.

As the name suggests, it is a relationship, a connection, a friendship and I believe you cannot be a friend to a stranger, in order words; you need to know you’re A2A connections, familiarize yourself with your Friends, truly befriend them, share their joys and pains with them.

All you have to do is to get to know your friends well by providing helpful and positive contributions to their own posts. Send congratulatory massages whey they archive New Rank or maintain rank and also when they win something, such as Daily Grand, E365 etc. And as you contribute to their posts, they will in turn, contribute to your own posts thereby creating the needed familiarity.

No one can understand when you are in need of direction or assistance until you ask. So in my opinion I will advise you to be open with your A2A friends, request their help when you need it. This can be done by posting your challenges as a stream post or by identifying those you know that are knowledgeable and send them a personal A2A mail asking for the direction you need and they surely will help you.

I have personally received help from most of my A2A connections just by asking the question on my stream post, it has been very helpful in this business.

So do not be afraid Friend, come out with your challenges and let your friends help you solve it. This is SFI….. One Big Global Family.

A2A friends can be a great source for positive support, assistance and insights to help you grow your SFI business.

Especially those who do not have responsive and helpful sponsors. A2A is an awesome community of like-minded SFI affiliates. It allows you connect with top performers who can provide their best of knowledge and share experience.

How do I get A2A friends to offer positive support and assistance?

First, not all friends are equal. There will be those who do nothing and there will be top affiliates. You need to make sure to connect with the right peoples.

I recommend sending a2a friend requests to top sponsors and power rank leaders worldwide, in your country as well as your class.

Once you have connections and know each other. You can share your experience with each other. There are lot of options for you search the right peoples with similar experience when you go to A2A tab.

Don't get disappointed for those who do not respond. There are many good peoples who have a wealth of knowledge and willing to share it with you :)

Dear Paul

You have asked a great question. One of my favorites. By asking this question I believe that you are a comical and friendly person who loves people and likes to network and make new friends right!

In light of the above I must confess to you that a2a is indeed a great place to find new friends and connect with other SFI'S. I can testify that I have been a direct beneficiary of priceless help and support from my a2a friends. In fact to an extend that I felt like switching sponsors because of the care and support I got from my amazing a2a friends. I wish I could put them on the spotlight but I am not too sure they would like me to do that.

How Did i do it?

1. Go To SFI Forums

By going to and choosing a Forum you like you can and will be able to see and rate the type of a2a friend you would like to connect with by their level of experience. I don't think you would want to connect with someone who is on the same level as you are.

2. Start Contributing posts or comments in the Forum and get noticed

When you do that fellow forum colleagues begin to notice you and some may even send you a2a friendship requests. Please make sure that what you share is very meaningful. I have gotten many a2a friendship requests through this process alone.

3. Go to Your A2A page and ask to be a friend

They say that to get a friend be A friend. It's as simple as that. SFI has made it simple to be friends with other a2a's. Simply click on the person's name and then click on the a2a request icon below their picture and wait for them to accept your request. In most cases I have received a positive feedback because people love to connect.

4. Connect with fellow Country mates

Did you also know that it's very easy actually easier to connect with your fellow country mates? Yes it is because they most likely would feel more comfortable working and connecting with a fellow country mate before anyone else. It's so simple because SFI makes those a2a country connect suggestions daily on your a2a page.

5. Connect with the Best

Have you heard of the saying that "eagles will always fly with eagles?" Depending on what you are looking for or how you want to be helped. It would be great to connect with people from whom you would like to learn something. Most or all of my a2a friends are very serious business men and women. Most were champions in their class and they inspire me to want to be like them.

6. Caution! Avoid Cross Solicitation

It goes without saying that SFI is very strict with cross solicitation. If you are ever caught doing it. Too bad because that's the end of your business with SFI. That sin attracts very stiff penalties.

7. Don't forget To Thank Your New Friend For connecting

It's courtesy to tell someone that I am grateful to you for accepting my a2a friendship with you. You know! They say that before you ask for help or a hand first of all touch a heart. A simple thank you message for them works wonders like magic. Once that rapport is established you now have the chance to ask for assistance from your new friend.

If you want to get your a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance to you, contact them first. Make friends with your top country leaders and those who are higher-ranked than you. They are in a good position to support and assist you in terms of advice on how to build up your business successfully with respect to their personal experience.

Also make friends with affiliates of your class who have advanced more than you. Ask them to share successful tips with you. The purpose of a2a is to make friends. You should not expect people to offer help and assistance as a matter of course, but most will offer help and support out of the goodness of their hearts if you have established a relationship with them.

I make a practice of writing to each of my a2a friends whenever I see a chance to do so. If they win in the Daily Grand, win or write a good answer in Ask SC, post something in the forum, are among the top enrollers, or are listed as the latest class champ or some other milestone.

I try to make my messages friendly and ask how they’re going in SFI. Some don’t respond at my first communication, but generally do after a 2nd or 3rd message. When anyone writes to me I respond as well. I also keep records of my correspondence to make sure that I don’t forget things that have been shared in a previous message. If they have mentioned a sick husband for instance, next time I write I can ask how their husband is going or how their kids have gone in an exam or whatever they have shared. This is all about building relationships and being genuinely caring. I have offered to pray for people’s problems that have been shared, and make sure I do. In return people have also assured me of their prayers.

I feel very close to quite a number of my a2a friends and have swapped email addresses, phone numbers, or Skype IDs with some. I really enjoy these communications and have found SFI has become my social media. From a base of mutual trust you can feel comfortable in either asking for, or offering help. Some of my a2a friends have taken great pains to explain how they have reached their success. I have passed on this help to some of my affiliates, as well as to other a2a friends. People have asked me for my ideas and help, and although I’m not a big shot in SFI, I have some experience I can share with others.

Paul, just as building offline friendships takes time, so does building online friendships. Keep writing to people and be willing to open up yourself to others a little at a time. Share your own hopes and dreams, trials and successes. You will find others will do the same with you. Offer positive support and assistance to others and you will find others offering help and support to you. The Bible says you reap what you sow. Sow genuine concern, sow support and assistance, and you will indeed reap these.

1. Positive Attitude, It's the small things that matter most when people are trying to
meet friends and maintain friendships. The way you say something, hesitate before
you congratulate someone, or carry yourself all give off a vibe that affects the
friendships you formulate.

2. Listening to Your Friends, When you’ve had a hard day, sometimes being able to talk
to a2a friend about your feelings is all it takes to turn things around and make
stress a feeling of connection and well-being. Being truly listened to and
understood can have profound effects on you and on your SFI business. When dealing
with a2a friends, it’s important to give as well as receive this supportive type of
listening when support is truly needed.

3. Time Management, It’s important to make time to nurture a2a friend circle
relationships, and to go out and have exchange compliments with friends. You may
feel like you just don’t have time to spend on this, but time management and SFI

Well Paul, I find this question interesting because,
I consider A2A friends those fellow affiliates I would like to meet,
be friends and share experiences with.
I do not look upon their friendship for guidance, support or assistance.
You have your Sponsors, Co-Sponsors, the SFI website, the Forum and Support for "support and assistance".

It is good to surround yourself with all levels of good people to have a rapport with.
My best advise is to be yourself and be honest when communicating with your A2A friends.
I enjoy my friendships and look forward to recognizing their contributions and successes, as I learn about them.

We are a team here at SFI and on occasion when a question is asked of me,
I always respond diligently, and hopefully with the answers they are looking for.
All you can do is hope for the same reciprocation.

We are all, hopefully, busy maintaining our SFI and TripleClicks businesses.
Building a strong relationship with our downlines is an activity which takes time.
I find having A2A friends for occasional conversation builds the comradery within the SFI organization, as a whole.

SFI provides a great opportunity to network with like minded friends through a2a platform. In my opinion the best way to solicit support and assistance would be:

1. Keep it informal to begin with. We shall have to establish a connect before jumping into seeking support.

2. Understand each others mutual interest. This can be achieved through regular communication.

3. Seek a skype meeting. A face to the name always helps in building trust.

4. Share your experiences with SFI and be frank enough to talk about your success and failures.

5. Having done these the platform is set for seeking help. Ask him/her to talk about their experience with SFI. The challenges they faced and how they overcame.

6. Try to understand similarity of the problem and ask them how you can overcome issues. Is there something you can learn from them and duplicate. An indication of wanting to learn is a powerful emotional tool which helps in getting a positive response.
