1. Find out what motivates them. Is it money? Helping others? Everyone has triggers which will motivate them more. Once you find that trigger you can approach them from that angle.
2. Communicate with your downline on a regular basis and help them when they ask you for help. Give them regular encouragement.
3. Ask them to set some goals and help them with this process. Make sure their goals are achievable yet not too easy, measurable and have a specific time frame for accomplishing them.
4. Show them your success and that if they just duplicate what you are doing they will succeed.
5. Remind them that SFI is not a "get-rich quick" scheme but consistent effort over time will build them a nice residual income.
