Here,you confront us with a very dangerous question .
We like to warn you when you decide to follow the well meant
most presented answers,which give the advise "to recruit them most certainly".
Also take in consideration that our advise here below is also valid as far as it
concerns "your (best) friends".
So,we like to suggest you to proceed as follows and/or to advise your PSA's
in the same way.
1. We all have the tendency to operate in the same way:
Making as much people as possible in our downlines.Right ?
It should be right because for about 90% everywhere we get the advise
to get as much of them in our downline as possible ,so that they can start
making money,(..."for us"),see advise from your upline , advise in some training lessons,webinars,business plans,....
So that should be the one only correct way ,Right ? ...No,wrong !
Because there is also a small 10% info that advise to work with the workers,
that suggest all the way to teach your downline to learn and to follow you by duplication,... Right? Yes ,correct !
Now ,think about the following :
-How long are you already active in SFI ?
-How long are each of your actual PSAs active in SFI ?
-What about your own progress so far and what about their progress?
-Are you satisfied or not?
-Are they satisfied or not?
and ...if you really study those questions ,you will come to the conclusion that absolutely NOBODY is ABLE to give you a CORRECT ANSWER ! Not the biggest GURUS,not the most appreciated UPLINERS,...,even not Gery,our well respected PDG ,who is giving us the best existing program on the complete worldwide web !
Of course everyone should have THE same reaction "what you talking about" ,"why you are writing here that kind of nonsense" ?
So please, before you're crucifying me ,allow me to explain myself:
There is no answer possible,for the simple reason that nobody but yourself has sufficient knowledge about the person who is asking this question. Don't you see it?
That wonderful interesting question is from that particular kind of a strictly INDIVIDUAL type !
To me it is already amazing that the final responsible to the division of ASK SC did not changed your question into a "Should I recruit my family members...".
Because it is crucial,in order to be able to give you some kind of meaning full answer,to know almost everything about you and most certainly the answers to questions such as mentioned above but also :
-are you sure you know already enough about SFI & TC for yourself?
Because if the answer is negative,for sure you do not want to lead your existing downline to a "duplication" based on insufficient knowledge.
For sure you do not want to send your children to a school full of teachers,who do not have an official certificate proving their capacities? You would not bring your car to a garage ,where only students are responsible for reparations or even maintenance ? ...would you bring someone of your family at the peril of living,to a hospital of which you know that they are working with 75 % of last year students (in order to lower the costs)?
You would not ,don't you?
So,is not reasonable to expect that you are "ready" for your downline,and therefore most certainly also ready for your best friends,your nearest family ,before you engage them ,under the best circumstances ?
-Not to mention the risks that you would take if they (not) succeed !In both cases you would be the loser.If they do not succeed,it will be your "incompetency" that caused their failure(regardless if it is correct or not).If they succeed,and if they make better results than yourself,they probably will blame you as if they grow far to slow.
In both cases changes are bigger that you end up in a "family dispute",and for sure, if more than one family member is involved.I guess you know what happens if "money"is involved?
An other thing to consider before you get starting with recruiting friends and family,and supposing that you "really" are ready for them.I mean you have enough self-confidence,you trained yourself by following the basic training in SFI,you followed and tested all the ways about marketing,advertising,you studied the availabilities with google,facebook,twitter,you absorbed the info provided in the business plans,the webinars,the info provided by your upline,etc...
-Than and only than ,
-you will be really ready,you will understand the full meaning of what subjects such as "follow by duplication","never give up","lead by example", "perseverance",...mean.
-you will have discovered that people like Gery,like your uplines are already for years after years active and successful in and with online business.In other words,you will understand that SFI is NOT a GET QUICK RICH BUSINESS (that type does not exist !),and why Gery and top leaders in your business are telling you to take it step by step !
-So when you start recruiting do not start by buying 100-s of affiliates at once,do it also step by step,recruit 5 or 10 help them and give them the proper training,and when you feel comfortable and learned the easy ways to approach them ,then put you recruiting level a little bit higher,10 to 20,...
Once you reach that level,it is my true believe that you can engage your best friends and family but only make sure that you not ask them to join you,let them ask if they can join your team and never the opposite !
(Do not worry they will notice the change in your attitude and live style and they will practically "beg" you to help them find there way I
