To this question I have seen many answers and some I must confess baffled me. I mean how do you build a team without training the members to work together by doing what SFI has taught us is the road to success? I mean if you truly like a person and you wish them to succeed in life, you teach them how to fish, don’t give them a fish which will last only for a while.
The best way to help your PSA/CSA is to teach them to do what you are doing which is working hard Duplicating yourself.
Please don’t get me wrong I am not saying don’t help them but you should not baby them by always giving them financial help because you will spread yourself thin and then both you and your down-line will lose out.
The most crucial time to render help is the second or third month, help them to reach EA but teach them to use your gift whatever it is judiciously. As it most likely will be TCredits, they can use it in such a way as to make a turn over with it. Just think if it is a traditional business and you keep giving somebody money to invest and they are not making a turn over won’t you bail and cut your looses?
Same way here, to truly help them, teach them how to make the money they need themselves through TripleClicks sales, Duplication, SFIPPA, Daily Grand, T-Time and even the auctions; I mean the list is long enough that they should be able to find at least two things to do in SFI that will generate income for them. So people! Please stop encouraging over dependence on sponsors; after-all they also started that way and if they didn’t work hard they won’t get to where they are.
So strengthen your teams by educating them and helping them to be like you, lead by example@ show them what to do and when they do it and make it through their own effort, they will appreciate it better.
