I think if your financial is ok, gift card or TC transfer are the best, But if not then do reassignment. But be a habit to give this way for me this will turn them to be dependent on you. As every time if you offering them such way they will rely on you every time they have shortage VPs. And once they feel some difficulties this will goes to frustration. You better encourage them to do DUPLICATION and ADVERTISEMENT. Explain very the important of this 2 things. First in this ways you are building a strong team, residual and leverage income. Rather to give them such output. Let say you give them 20 TC good he reach EA then after that how he will over come the on going activities? Infact becoming EA is not difficult if he just complete the TO DO LIST and Getting Starting you will get. But dont look for that we always looking for the coming future as the higher rank or status you are aiming the more VPs we needed. So we need to make plan how to achieve this. We need Full determination, Persistent and investment as well. Rank will be nothing if we dont have active donwlines. Otherwise you do it all from your own pocket just to get the required VPs. Teach them the proper and always tell the truth and possible way of SFI.
