Make friends with your affiliates and try to get to know them. Ask them questions as if you were childhood friends. Let them know who you are, what you do in life and how you succeed in the business. Give them advice and inspiring tips on how to be sucessfull not only in business matters but also in other aspects of life. If they ask you questions, try to answer them to the best of your knowledge. The important thing is be honest with what you are saying to your affiliates.
Also, let them know you are grateful and thankful that they are part of your team. That the success of your team depends on them. Show them your appreciation by congratulating them with every successful task they have accomplished. Show them that you sincerely care about them. Make an effort to chat or write a congratulation note.
