Building trust takes a long time to earn and also requires effort, persistence, and character. You can do this by starting communicating with them. Make friends with your affiliates and try to get to know them. Ask them questions as if you were childhood friends. Let them know who you are, what you do in life and how you succeed in the business. Give them advice and inspiring tips on how to be sucessfull not only in business matters but also in other aspects of life. If they ask you questions, try to answer them to the best of your knowledge. The important thing is be honest with what you are saying to your affiliates.
Also, let them know you are grateful and thankful that they are part of your team. That the success of your team depends on them. Show them your appreciation by congratulating them with every successful task they have accomplished. Show them that you sincerely care about them. Make an effort to chat or write a congratulation note.
Important thing is be true and consistent with what you are doing.
By doing these things, overtime, without knowing it you have already developed their trust and eventually follow your lead.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?
Absolutely it's a good idea. Actually the one who introduced me to SFI is my father. He taught me how to gain more VPs and acquire badges and I enjoyed having lots of badges.
No doubt our family members can help us build our passive business empire succeed in no time. Because they are our family member we can talk and collaborate to them easily even we're not online, anywhere, anytime of the day. We can talk to them even during meal times and past times on how we can promote the business fast and earn more money.
It's not only we are sharing to them the benefits of having an SFI business but also we are sharing to them the profits/ income we are having with this kind of business.
