Tell them the truth about SFI. Do not exaggerate your nor downplay your success. This entails you communicate with them, let them learn from your experience.
For example, do not tell your affiliates, "you could win in the Pricebenders with as little as $2."
Though that is true to a great extent, you also know that some auctions go higher than that. If your affiliate has that in mind and goes into the auctions they may come up disappointed and blame you for it.

In as much as you do not want them to think SFI is difficult to succeed, emphasise that they would not become instant millionaires. That is also part of the honesty.
