Here are my suggestions for the first three month working with SFI and TripleClicks
Month # 1 -- The Learning Month
1. Set-up your Greeting Letter www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting with a warm Welcome and also your getting started Actions.
By doing it this way, the following things happen:
a. Your new PSA will already receive their Welcome Letter from you, no need to send another one.
b. Because of the Time Zones, they can begin to start working immediately, because you gave instructions.
2. If you see that your new PSA is working after you get notified by SFI, send a Chat message to check in and re-introduce yourself and inform them that you are here to assist them.
3. Have them get familiar with SFI Home Page
4. Inform them that it is very easy to jump ahead and earn STL status or above within the first month, but all they really need to focus on is working on the Daily To-Do list and also the Getting Started Actions.
By doing this, they will make it to EA status and will earn the first two members of their team and that is the 2 CSA's that they will receive.
After they reach EA status, send them some TCredits as a Reward for doing such a Good Job.
5. Inform them that SFI will be sending them the daily Launch Pad Lessons every day for the first 30 Days, ask them to read the lesson and then answer the question at the end. By doing this, they will earn 15 VP's and also some valuable information about SFI and TC.
6. Direct them to only earn enough VP's to keep them above the Green Line so that they can make into the E365 Championship Race for the first 30 days.
7. Direct them to spend the rest of the time Reading and Learning all about SFI and how it all works. Ask them to check out the Forum and to complete as many of the Ask SC questions and answers that they can each day. This is going to help build up their knowledge on many different topics.
8. Direct them to click on all of their Gateways and get familiar with them so they understand what they are advertising and what others see from their gateways.

9. Direct them to enter into the Daily Grand each day for chances to win prizes. Also, to go to TripleClicks and enter for T-Time every day and every hour for their chances to win TCredits to help build up their TCredits to use at a later time.
10. Always follow-up and check in to see if they need any help with anything.
Month # 2 -- Take Action
1. Direct them to continue to sign in daily and work their To-Do list and also make sure they enter into the Daily Grand and T-Time.
2. Direct them to work on the remaining Action VP's that can be earned to help them get to EA2 status for the month.

4. Give them an Introduction to Advertising and what your suggestions are to get them started using their gateways.
Also, any other methods that you suggest, such as S-Builder, etc... Might want to suggest to also create a Log to keep track of all of the Key-Codes and Places where Ads are posted.

So they can start to working with their Team, especially for the Group Mailings.
Month # 3
By now, your PSAs should be working their To-Do list every day and doing some advertising.
Next, Introduction to opening up an ECA store and what benefits that having a ECA store can do for them, by starting to earn some extra income while building up their SFI downline.

Let them know how they can get some products to sell by checking with local merchants in their neighborhood, their favorite stores, do some searches on line for Drop-Ship companies and whatever other suggestions that you can give them.
