Like me when I was just starting, my new affiliates also need training and guidance. Just like me, and to create duplication, they have to be leaders of their own team. They have to be role models in order to build authority and influence on their downline affiliates. We can train and organize our team by applying the five-step empowerment:

1. I DO IT—> I Model

As a leader, part of your job is to inspire your downline affiliates to push themselves to greatness. To do

I think the best kind of plan to set your PSA's in their first day is:

Get the 500 VP's get the FastTrack Badge plus 200 VP's Bonus within the 1st 24 hours.
700 VP's gained in first day! Just 800 VP's to go to get EA Status, Sweet!

In first month, you should advise them to get the 10 VP's daily from the To-Do List.
10 x 30 days = 300 VP's, that Just leaves 500 VP's to get in that first month.

There are 30 LaunchPad Lessons to do 15 easy VP's each Lesson

In my case I will rather show my new affiliates the stages I designed and follow. Different person (PSA) can accomplish different level depending on his skills, enthusiasm and resources.

Here are the stages that I identify that I used to my self and share with my Affiliates. Of course in Day 1 I always include the opportunity to be a fast tracker and earn that badge and 200 additional VP.

From thereon onwards I share these 5 stages in building your SFI Business:

I think the best way to help them get started is to:

1) Encourage them to get 500VP in the first day for Fast Track.
2) Encourage them to read the LaunchPad series where they will learn all about SFI.
3) Continue to remind them of these two things:
a) Keep things simple - there is so much training here and different ways to build your business, but in the end it's a very simple 3-step program - become EA and stay EA, find 4-5 others to do the same, teach those 4-5

Melvin,

In my welcome letter, I make sure that the new affiliates know they need to show up to work everyday. That this is not an internet scam, but a real job.
To be on the fast track, they must above the green line right away, so they will be eligible to you receive the ways to get the perks that will be available to them.
I send the following information to all the new affiliates a few days after the welcome letter,so they know what to do.
1) There's a language translator

In my opinion, the first month is completely reading and learning the business.
How?
Convince your affiliates to work hard from the start, filling their profile quickly, uploading their photo, whitelisiting their most important contacts, etc. That way they will get Fast Track extra VPs.
Once they have done that, they should read and UNDERSTAND as many Launchpad lessons and articles as they can (not necessary to read all of them in the first month, but more important to understand

The best plan to give your new PSAs is the one you follow yourself (if it is successful). Being with SFI for over a year, you must have found your path, you certainly know what investments in time, money, and effort are required, and this is the knowledge to pass to your Affiliates.

Why?

More probably than not, you'll get hundreds of answers like: tell them to log in daily, do the TO-DO list, set a standing order, blah, blah, blah, from people who very often do not perform any

I will tell you what has worked for me and my PSA's.

The plan for the first month is to learn everything they can about the business. They can do this by reading the launch pad lessons and all the items on the to do list. I tell my PSA's to get on the fast track so half the VPs needed to become an EA are completed in the first day with SFI. For my PSAs that can't afford to set a standing order or choose not to set a standing order in the first month I let them know it is okay for now

I really like the way the question is worded, "...plan to give your new PSA to help them get started...".

Planning is the key to success with any endeavour that someone will take on. A business is successful when there is a plan in place to provide support with the why, what, and how with running a business with SFI as an affiliate.

The first month, in my opinion is taken care of through the completion of the Launch Pad Lessons provided by SFI. The Launch Pad lessons

For me it depends on the type of PSA;

I send a welcome letter using Teammail so that it comes from SFI which is the one place they recognise so far.

I introduce myself and give my personal email so I can start sending personal emails if they agree otherwise I continue with Teammail.

I try to suss what kind of person they are:

- a competitive person will want to do well in their E365 class so I will explain to them about making VPs to maintain themselves
